Terms of Service
Effective date: July 7, 2026 (early-access beta)
1. The service
MarketingOS is an AI-assisted marketing strategy and audit platform operated by MarketingOS (“we”, “us”). The service generates marketing analysis, recommendations, and reports from the information and integrations you provide. The service is currently offered as an early-access beta.
2. Beta program
During the beta, features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice. Demo sandbox environments contain fictitious data and are reset periodically. We make no availability commitments during the beta period.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any third-party platform accounts you link to the service.
4. AI-generated content
Strategy reports and recommendations are generated by AI systems and are provided for informational purposes. They are directional guidance, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every action before it is executed — the platform is designed so that nothing is published and no budget is spent without your explicit approval.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to access other tenants' data, or resell the service without written permission.
6. Data
You retain ownership of the data you provide and the reports generated for your workspace. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business outcomes resulting from acting on AI-generated recommendations.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
